I've been cooking professionally for 3 years now, there are a lot of ups and downs in this job specially the overwork, I've seen a lot of things that y'all wouldn't believe if I told you, from waitress selling coke on the spot, barmen getting high behind me while I was cooking, fights, etc. Not all is bad stuff there's a lot of beauty in this job specially when you work with nice people, cooking with love is really something special and seeing people enjoin the food, there are some customers who are kind enough to go to your workstation and tell you that they really like your dish, those acts will always make me smile, is not always about the tip, seeing y'all enjoy our food makes us enjoy our job. This beat tape is just a little experiment with the theme of a kitchen, so hope y'all like it and share it :)
